Teams

At Banchory West Parish Church, every member is encouraged to use their gifts as part of one or more of the teams that enable the life and work of the congregation. Team Co-Ordinators help folk to find the best place for them to contribute, and make sure that the work of all the teams is integrated under the overall supervision of the Kirk Session.
Team Co-Ordinators meet regularly in a Core Group to maintain cohesion and discuss matters that need to be raised at the Kirk Session.
